Transport Support Inclinometer in QPA Best Practice Awards- October 2008

The Transport Support Inclinometer system has once again been recognized in the QPA Best Practice Awards. A modified Inclinometer system was fitted to a loading shovel at Dene Quarry Asphalt Plant (Derbyshire) and is been used to level and monitor the ground angle in the area where tipper vehicles discharge. Transport Support has worked closely with Tarmac to develop this product which is specially for loading shovels and off road vehicles. This system is now being fitted throughout Tarmac on loading shovels and articulated haulers.
