Inclinometer Systems
The Mk2 TS Inclinometer is a safety device that continually monitors the angle of the vehicle in relation to the ground during the tipping process and assists in the prevention of potential overturns, safeguards against driver injury and costly liability claims. Using state of the art three dimensional sensor we are able to indicate left and right movement of the vehicle chassis with an accuracy of 0.1˚ through 360˚.
The system comprises of an in cab display unit, pneumatic valve*, IP rated suzi connectors / suzi cable, IP68 sensor cover c/w 3D sensor and protective ABS cover.
We are currently installing this system to rigid and articulated tipper vehicles, hook loaders, articulated haulers, dumpers, cranes, shovel loaders etc.

*As of 1st January 2008 Transport Support will be offering various TS Inclinometer systems with or without the tipper cut-off valve. We have made this option available for customer who want to use the TS Inclinometer purely as a tipping aid. Please feel free to contact us to discuss which option may be best for you.

New - Rigid Tipper Inclinometer Systems
The new TS Rigid Tipper Inclinometer has been specially designed to meet the needs of rigid tipper vehicle operators. The unit displays the angle of the vehicle using a series of 11 Ultra bright LED's (5 left, 1 indicating zero, and 5 right). The LED's are arranged in various colours to represent the increase in vehicle angle, 0-1 are green, 2-3 are amber and 4 - 5 are red. The new TS Rigid Inclinometer control unit is much smaller in size than our original unit which is mainly aimed at articulated vehicles, it measures just 130mm x 65mm x 25mm and can be easily installed in any cab. The system also features 12v - 24v supply, mute facility, 3 variable maximum angle settings and self test.
The TS Rigid Tipper Inclinometer is a cost effective system for 6 and 8 wheeled tippers or other applications which do not require a suzi cable.
